The upcoming device carries model number SM-A826S, and the listing says it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, which is now around two years old but ultimately remains a flagship processor that will deliver solid performance.
Previous leaks of the Galaxy A82 surfaced online with the model number SM-A826B, which indicates that there will be multiple variants of the device, including special editions that will arrive in certain countries and markets.

The Geekbench listing shows that the smartphone will come with 6GB of RAM, along with 128GB of internal storage. Considering that Samsung typically ranks its smartphones in a hierarchical numbering sequence, it is likely that the Galaxy A82 aims to provide a decent user experience.
If this news is indeed true, then the Galaxy A82 will become the second Samsung smartphone of recent times to be launched with an old flagship processor after revealing Samsung Galaxy F62 Recently launched with Exynos 9825 processor that arrived two years ago with Note 10 series.
Other specifications of the phone are still unknown, it is worth noting that the Galaxy Ax series phones have always been a revolutionary breakthrough compared to all Samsung phones, as we all remember the Galaxy A80 that came with a completely unique pop-up camera design. But so far, it is not entirely clear whether the alleged Galaxy A82 can also be launched with similar camera technology or not.
