Today, Samsung revealed a new phone, which is Samsung Galaxy M32 5G in order to raise the level of competition in the category of mid-range phones.
The phone comes with average specifications that make it peer to peer with OnePlus Nord CE 5G and Xiaomi Mi 10i. However, surprisingly, the M32 5G comes with specifications less than Galaxy M32. The display doesn't support a high refresh rate, and the cameras are generally not very impressive.
The Galaxy M32 5G comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display that supports HD+ quality and a V-shaped notch to house the 13MP front camera. The phone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, paired with 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage.
We have a quad rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary sensor along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The phone works on a large battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh with support for fast charging capacity of 15W.
Other specifications of the phone include Android 11 operating system, One UI 3.1 user interface, support for Dolby Atmos, and a fingerprint sensor installed on the power button. Samsung also promised to send updates to the phone for the next two years.
The Samsung Galaxy M32 5G is priced at $280 for the 6+128GB version while the higher-end 8+128GB version is priced at $310. The phone will be officially launched in India starting from September 2, and there is no news about the possibility of launching the phone in the global markets.
