OPPO Officially Unveils Reno7 Series With Triple Camera & Unique Notification Bulb

Oppo has revealed many videos of the Reno 7 series phones over the past days, and the main topic was the focus on the “cat’s eye” photographic technology developed by the company in partnership with Sony. Today, the curtain was officially unveiled for those phones at a conference that was officially held in China today.

We have three phones in this new lineup, the first device is more like the Lite version and is Oppo Reno7 SE, this phone is definitely great and I think it will achieve good sales in the markets in which it will be launched.

We also have the regular Standard Edition andOppo Reno7 Pro 5G which is the best in the series. Almost all three phones are similar in design and look and also share all the very attractive and best color options in the world of smartphones for a long time.

The creative aspect here is the new notification bulb, which is a light that emanates from the surroundings of the camera unit, and for the truth this is very distinctive and creates an aesthetic aspect to the back panel of the device, which is not new to the Oppo Reno series of phones.

OPPO Reno 7 Series Specifications

Let's start with the Pro version that comes powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max processor along with 8 or 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage.

The phone works on a 4500 mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging, while we have a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen that supports a 90Hz refresh rate.

Oppo Reno7 5G comes with a decent processor which is Snapdragon 778G along with 8 or 12 GB RAM and 128 or 256 GB internal storage. There is a 6.43 inch AMOLED display and a 90Hz refresh rate as well. The phone shares the battery and fast charging capacity with the Pro version.

We have a common front camera on both phones with 32MP which is a Sony IMX709 sensor which Oppo says lets in more light which means better selfies.

Oppo Reno 7 Pro comes with a triple rear camera: 50 + 8 + 2 MP, while the standard version relies on the same setup but replaces the main sensor with a 64MP one, while the company chose to use a 48MP sensor in the SE.

The rest of the other specifications of Reno 7 SE are Dimensity 900 processor, 4,390mAh battery and 33W fast charging. The phone comes with a 16MP front camera, however, the phone comes with the same screen as the standard version.

At the moment, these phones are exclusive to the Chinese market only and will go on sale from December 17th. Of course, Oppo will not be satisfied with launching these phones in China, but it is unclear when these devices may officially arrive in other markets.
