More specifically, the source claims that Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will come with dimensions of 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9 mm. For comparison, the current phone measures 163.3 x 77.9 x 8.9 mm. So if true, the two phones would have the same thickness and would be nearly identical in length and width.

The same source also claims that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a 6.8-inch screen with a resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and a 5,000 mAh battery - just like the S22 Ultra. The only changes expected are the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset along with the updated software - although the current model will eventually get the update as well.
