Samsung Galaxy M32 is one of the latest smartphones of the Galaxy M series, considering the price of the phone is great and suitable for most of the users, the Galaxy M32 will have many competitors to beat. Samsung has made great efforts to make this phone full of features, and the most prominent aspects that have received improvements are the screen and the battery. But is this enough for the phone to gain a prominent position in the mid-range phone category, or is it still lacking in some other important features for the user?
In the coming lines, we will talk about the specifications and price of Samsung Galaxy M32, all the details of the phone, the advantages and disadvantages, and a comprehensive review of the Samsung phone in order to help the user make the decision to buy or not.
The price of the Galaxy M32 is $ 200, equivalent to 3130 Egyptian pounds, 750 SAR, 735 AED for the standard version 4 + 64 GB, while the higher version 6 + 128 GB comes with a price increase of $ 30, bringing the price of the M32 in Egypt to 3600 pounds and in Saudi Arabia to 865 riyals.
The phone was revealed on June 21, 2021 and was launched in India about a week later, and it is expected to reach Egypt and other Arab markets and the Middle East during the coming period and will be priced at the same price written above, making it one of the best phones in the middle range that offers value for a price to the user.
The M32 is certainly not the most striking phone in terms of design. In fact, many may feel that it comes with a boring design. A high-gloss polished plastic frame, which makes the user feel as if they are holding a valuable phone, not a cheap one. Unfortunately, the plastic backing isn't as good and is one of the biggest killer flaws in the design.
The design in general is good, which is something we are familiar with in all Samsung phones, no matter how different the materials used in the design are from one phone to another. Despite its light weight of only 196 grams, the user will feel remarkably luxurious when holding the M32 which will certainly surpass its plastic design.
The average display size definitely helps with a good grip and the ability to use the phone with one hand as well without feeling any problems.
Samsung's dominance of the economy and middle range is because it is the only manufacturer that is able to offer a phone at a cheap price, but with a super AMOLED screen. While the screen size here is only 6.4 inches which may look old and has been used in dozens of phones before, Samsung has added the most requested feature at the moment by all users which is a high refresh rate of 90Hz in order for the user to enjoy a smooth browsing experience For social media platforms and long web pages. There is definitely no HDR support as that's to be expected in a phone in this price category.
We have an excellent peak brightness which in turn positively affects the experience of using the screen under the sun, and we will not notice a difference in battery life when the screen is set to 90Hz, unfortunately there is no protection layer on the screen which we can definitely not blame the company for because it A $200 phone, so we recommend a screen protector.
Almost the biggest upgrade in the M32 over previous generations is the rear camera module. The primary camera’s resolution rises from 48 to 64 MP, along with some AI features and HDR effects, which ultimately helps you take pictures that are saturated with color and full of detail without the need for any additional adjustments via PicsArt or any other app.
Some may think that the rest of the sensors are just a number, our experiences on the phone proved the opposite, as we were impressed by the performance of the 8MP ultra-wide lens, which helped us take great pictures, and the 2MP macro and depth sensors are useful in many shooting scenarios.
Some may be surprised by the ability to shoot video up to 1080p, but the user in the end should not expect the quality of capturing 4K video in a phone at a price of $ 200, so we consider the experience of shooting videos using the rear camera is acceptable.
We have a single 20MP front camera which is good and takes excellent selfies and helps make video calls as well, so there is absolutely no problem with that sensor but we consider it among the best in that price category.
As for the internal hardware, the phone comes powered by a Mediatek Helio G80 processor. This chipset is definitely suitable for all standard daily tasks and it is important for any user.
We loaded apps fairly quickly, with a second or two seconds of lag when switching between several different apps, but we didn't notice any slowdowns on larger, graphics-heavy apps.
The MediaTek Octa-Core processor is paired with the Mali G52 GPU. As a result, the phone's gaming performance is average, but that shouldn't be a concern for gamers since the M32's high refresh rate Super AMOLED display and long battery life will make up for the mediocre processor.
One of the most impressive features for us is the battery life of the M32 which is backed by a gigantic 5000 mAh battery.
When we tested the phone for the first time and set it to the standard settings, i.e. choosing a standard 60Hz screen refresh rate, like most other phones in this price category, exchanging messages, browsing social networking sites, watching some multimedia, and the rest of the other daily tasks usual for any user, we got a lifetime Battery is close to two days which is definitely great.
The battery supports 25W fast charging, but unfortunately, as is followed among the rest of the Samsung phones in the middle range, the user will only get a 15W fast charger included in the phone package.
