After promoting the phone for several days, OnePlus announced its new flagship phone for 2022, which is OnePlus 10 Pro. The phone comes as usual with the most prominent and powerful specifications in the world of smartphones at the present time in addition to a new controversial design, here are the details.
OnePlus 10 Specs
The new OnePlus phone comes with a design inspired by Samsung Galaxy S21 andXiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. The camera unit's metal casing is aesthetically fused with the design just like in the latest Samsung phones.
Moreover, the rear camera module consists of large sensors as in the case of the Xiaomi phone, this design has angered some because the shape of those sensors is very ugly and the way they are placed side by side does not contain any aesthetic color at all.
The phone comes with a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with support for a variable refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz. This screen has a resolution of 3216 x 1440 pixels and comes in QHD+ quality with a pixel density of 525 pixels per inch.
We have a fingerprint sensor under the screen and a hole at the top of the screen in the left corner to house the front camera, the rest of the specs are 1,300 nits peak brightness, a screen-to-body ratio of more than 90%, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus onscreen protection.
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor paired with 8 or 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128 or 256 GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. In terms of software, we have Android 12 operating system and ColorOS 12.1 user interface with gaming-specific features like HyperBoost mode and more.
The OnePlus 10 Pro supports a triple rear camera consisting of a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide lens, and an 8MP Telephoto sensor that supports true optical zoom up to x3.3x. We also have a front camera with a resolution of 32 MP.
