Design

Vivo may be making the best looking phones in the industry right now, and that hasn't changed.

X60 Pro is a masterpiece, which is evident in the eye-catching blue, and it reflects a full range of colors depending on the light reflected on it, but if you prefer calm colors, the phone comes in black as well.

Although the phone comes with a 6.56-inch screen, the X60 Pro is remarkably lightweight. It is 7.7 mm thick and weighs only 179 grams, which is reflected in the grip by the ergonomically curved edges that are attractively soft.

Display

As much as you might want to praise the phone's design, you'll be spending a significant amount of time staring at the screen. Fortunately, the Vivo phone has a great screen, but you should know that it is definitely not the best in its class.

The screen here is a 6.56-inch AMOLED curved, and supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, which makes the entire phone more smooth to use, supported by a 240Hz touch sensitivity rate for a faster gaming experience. The colors here are quite rich, and the contrast is impressive which makes for a great display.

The only downside is that the display only comes in Full HD+ quality, while some competing phones offer QHD+ quality. For most users, this won't really matter, but if you're going to compare the X60 Pro against other flagships, that's one compromise to accept here.

Internal hardware

The internal specifications are another area in which Vivo excelled in this phone. Instead of the powerful Snapdragon 888 processor found in the most prominent 2021 phones, including the X60 Pro Plus, the phone here comes powered by a slightly lower processor, the Snapdragon 870.

This is basically a modified version of last year's best processor, the Snapdragon 865, which itself is a replacement for the Exynos 1080 processor found in the Chinese version of the phone. So what is important to the user is that he gets 5G along with an amazing and powerful performance, even if it is not the best performance among the competitors.

Battery

If there's a weakness in the X60 Pro, it's unfortunately the battery. Battery life isn't the best for a flagship phone, the phone will last all day most of the time, but you'll definitely need to charge it in the evening. That's good enough, but not great.

The fast charging here is just 33W, which is enough to charge the battery up to 62% in half an hour. That's faster than what you'll get from all Samsung and Apple phones for sure, but all competing Realme and Oppo phones come with 65W fast charging or even faster.

Professional honesty requires us to tell you that this is now one of the few flagship phones that unfortunately do not support wireless charging. Unfortunately, it may not be important to many, but with a phone at this price we expected Vivo to include that technology in the phone.

Camera

The X60 Pro comes with a triple rear camera, with a main lens, an ultra-wide angle lens, and a telephoto sensor that supports true 2x optical zoom.
