vivo iQOO Neo5 SE will pack an IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate

iQOO sub-brand of Vivo recently announced that it will launch a new phone in China which is vivo iQOO Neo5 SE which will officially arrive on December 20th. With the launch date approaching, a reliable source revealed new information regarding the upcoming phone.

The insider revealed that the vivo iQOO Neo5 SE will come with a Snapdragon 870 processor, an IPS LCD screen (most likely) that supports a 144Hz refresh rate, and a triple setup of the 50MP rear camera.

Moreover, the same source revealed that the phone will support 55W fast charging and at the same time there will be a 66W charger included in the package. As for the price, it is expected to be in the 2,000 yuan range, or about $310.

Earlier today, iQOO had revealed a promotional video for the iQOO Neo5 SE revealing the entire design of the phone. This phone will feature a screen with a central hole in order to house the front camera. The right edge of the smartphone houses the two volume control buttons, below it is the power button, which also appears to have a fingerprint sensor.

As mentioned above, the phone will come with a 50-megapixel rear camera, and the phone will be available in 3 color options, which are gradient blue, dark blue and white.

The brand will also reveal another phone which is vivo iQOO Neo 5s. Both phones are expected to support Android 11 operating system and OriginOS Ocean UI.
