We are only two days away from the Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event that will be held by Samsung. Where the company is supposed to announce three phones, which are: Galaxy S21 , S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra according to various reports.
Amid many leaks related to the specifications and features of the upcoming phones, a new report has appeared revealing the contents of the retail package for the upcoming devices.
According to information provided by Roland Quandt, we see two photos of the alleged retail packaging of both Galaxy S21 Plus and S21 Ultra 5G. Both boxes are black.
In addition, the presumed marketing poster for the contents of the box shows what we can expect inside the box and is apparently going to be a quick start guide, USB-C cable, and pin for the SIM tray.
Just like the report, the promotional poster does not contain any picture or tag of the charger and wired earphones inside the box.
Previously, it was reported that Samsung would exclude chargers and headphones in phones that it will launch in certain markets such as the United Kingdom.
While we had expected Samsung to at least include the AKG earbuds, it unfortunately looks like that won't happen either.
Apple started it all with the launch of the series of iPhone 12. Not including the charger or wired headphones, the company said, will reduce logistics and transportation cost, save space, and reduce electronic and carbon waste and residues. This, according to the company, will help protect the environment.
Although Samsung hasn't officially revealed anything about the Galaxy S21 series yet, we expect it to provide similar reasons to Apple for this.
To confirm this, the company has already removed the posts mocking Apple that were published in October.
On the other side, it can also generate more revenue by selling the special charger separately just like Apple.
