Samsung unveils Samsung Galaxy A32 as the company's cheapest 5G phone

With three flagship smartphones, premium noise-canceling wireless earbuds, and two wireless chargers that will be officially announced tomorrow, January 14th, you wouldn't be surprised to see the latest mid-range phone from Samsung being unveiled today: Samsung Galaxy A32 5G.

Of course, the company could have unveiled the upcoming phone after the S21 and Galaxy Buds Pro are revealed, but this phone in the A series has been the subject of many rumors for a while now, with the unconventional rear camera design undoubtedly in addition to that we already showed us the pictures of the phone last year.

It is strange that Samsung has not yet confirmed the specifications and features of the phones that are often rumored, namely: Galaxy A52 5G and A72 5G, while A42 5G was officially revealed four months ago.

Perhaps the most strange thing is that Samsung did not hold any event online in order to reveal all the details of the phone, but rather the Korean company only released an official infographic that contains the main specifications of the phone while leaving things such as the price of the phone or the date of the commercial release in the market without any details.

Samsung Galaxy A32 5G Specs

We have a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a somewhat modest resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, as well as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, these specifications definitely suggest that it will be the company's cheapest 5G phone ever.

Although it is difficult to predict exactly the price of the Galaxy A32 5G in retail stores, we are quite sure that the goal of this phone is to compete with other phones in that segment such as Motorola One 5G Ace at $ 400, it may match the price of OnePlus Nord N10 at $ 300.

To release a phone with an affordable price of $ 400 or even $ 300 or less, Samsung had to launch the phone with a somewhat mid-range processor which has already happened as the phone works on the MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset.

We certainly did not expect the Snapdragon 765 or 750 or even 690. MediaTek mid-range processors are used mainly in the Asian and European markets by companies such as Huawei , Oppo and Vivo.

The phone was launched in three versions consisting of 128 GB internal storage with 4, 6 or 8 GB RAM in order to provide a satisfactory level of use experience for most potential buyers.

5G is not one of the most important points of attraction of the phone, but we have a giant battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh that powers the phone and supports 15-watt fast charging. We also have a nice quad rear camera that consists of four sensors with a resolution of 48 + 8 + 5 + 2 MP and 13 MP front camera.

The phone will be offered in four colors, which are: black, white, blue and purple. Regarding the price of the phone and the timing of its launch in the markets, we do not have any official information yet.
