Qualcomm recently unveiled a new processor, Snapdragon 480 5G, dedicated to 5G phones in the economy class. And now it has been officially revealed that there are companies such as Vivo, Oppo, andXiaomi and others will launch phones with the same processor in the first quarter of this year.
Last week, Vivo Y31s 5G was officially unveiled in China as the world's first smartphone with a Snapdragon 480 processor. Oppo today announced a new phone with a Snapdragon 480 processor which is Oppo A93 5G.

The new phone comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ quality, with a pixel density of 405 pixels per inch and a refresh rate of 90Hz.
The phone comes with a rear camera consisting of three sensors with a resolution of 48 + 2 + 2 MP with support for shooting video in 4K quality at 30 frames per second and we have a single front camera of 8 MP.
Snapdragon 480 is paired with 8GB of RAM. The phone comes with 128 GB of internal storage for the primary version, while the larger version comes with 256 GB.
The phone comes with a microSD card slot for additional storage space. The phone also works on a 5000 mAh battery that supports 18-watt fast charging.
The rest of the other specifications are the fingerprint sensor installed on the side on the power button and it also comes with Android 11 operating system and ColorOS 11.1 user interface.
There is support for the operation of two SIM cards, 5G, a 3.5 mm port, and the phone weighs 175 grams.
The phone comes at a price of $ 309 for the 8 + 256 GB version, while the lower 8 + 128 GB price has not yet been revealed, the phone was offered in three colors: silver, black and Aurora. The phone was announced in China and we do not know any information whether it will be launched internationally or not.
The phone is a big deal for anyone interested in buying a phone that supports 5G networks and many other powerful features, most notably the 90Hz refresh rate and a large battery.
