أبل تكشف عن الجيل الجديد من iPad Pro مع دعم 5G، معالج M1، وتصميم مألوف

After months of rumors and speculation, Apple today announced a series iPad Pro 2021 With a new and much faster processor, the M1 and a host of additional features like 5G support, a better selfie camera and an improved screen specifically on the 12.9-inch model.

iPad Pro 2021 specifications

The new iPad Pro is very similar to the old one. Whether that's a good or bad thing is definitely up for debate, but that means Apple has kept the sleek aluminum chassis and full screen design that many users have come to love.

The smaller 11-inch model retains the 120Hz refresh rate ProMotion LCD it's been in use since late 2018, however the larger 12.9-inch model receives a significant upgrade in the form of a mini-LED display dubbed Liquid Retina XDR.

In short, the new technology emulates many of the features that come in all OLED screens. Users can expect deeper blacks on the iPad mini-LED, as well as higher contrast ratios and increased brightness. Apple guarantees that this screen will ensure a visual experience with more realistic details.

M1 processor again

One upgrade coming to all new iPad Pro models is the Apple M1 processor. It's the company's most advanced processor to date and can also be found inside the latest iMac and MacBook Pro models.

Compared to the previous generation of iPad ProLaunched just last year, the new octa-core CPU design delivers up to 50% faster performance. The octa-core GPU is in a class of its own in terms of quality and performance, and according to Apple, it delivers 40% performance compared to the A12Z Bionic processor.

All these great internal specs come with 128GB internal storage which is now twice as fast. The usual models are also available with a capacity of 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB, in addition to a new version that comes with 2 TB along with 16 GB RAM.

If all that wasn't enough, Apple has announced improvements in the camera department as well. It can't be seen clearly because the overall design hasn't changed, but it's definitely there.

The purported TrueDepth selfie camera on the front now uses an upgraded 12MP sensor designed specifically for the iPad. This sensor enables a new feature called Center Stage in video calls.
