Disclosure of the official launch date of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series

After many rumors and leaks throughout the past period, Samsung has finally officially announced the date for the unveiling of the Galaxy S23 series. The next Galaxy Unpacked event is set to take place on February 1 at 10 am US time, 8 pm Cairo time, and 9 pm Cairo time, and will be held in San Francisco, California, and will also be broadcast across all of Samsung's usual social media platforms.

The pre-order stage will open and those who sign up for reservations will receive a $50 credit when pre-ordering one device or double the amount when pre-ordering two devices but this offer will only apply in select countries and markets.

As for what we might see in those upcoming phones, the leaks indicated that the Galaxy S23 series will come with new and revolutionary designs, with a simple back panel in both the S23 and S23 Plus without a glass cover on the camera unit.

It appears that both phones will come with single protruding camera lenses similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra. As for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the device is expected to have an improved 200MP primary camera sensor, which was first announced in the leaked promotional videos.

It is also expected that Samsung will rely on the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset in all S23 market phones in all markets worldwide, and it may also double the basic storage capacity of phones in most regions and markets. Of course, we will know together the rest of the details at the event in less than 3 weeks.
